Rubella outbreak in an unvaccinated religious community in the Netherlands spreads to Canada

There are indications that the rubella outbreak that started in September 2004 among members of a religious community in the Netherlands, first reported in Eurosurveillance on 3 March 2005, has spread to Canada. This outbreak is specifically affecting some unvaccinated groups within the Gereformeerde Gemeente in Nederland (Netherlands Reformed Community in the Netherlands, a Christian community).
