2019 Health Barometer

The Health Barometers are periodic surveys, conducted since 1992, designed to gain a better understanding of the knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors of the French population regarding health.

Public Health France Barometers

The Santé publique France Health Barometer: a survey of health-related behaviors, opinions, and knowledge designed to guide public health prevention and education policies.

In 2019, Santé publique France launched the 11th edition of its "Health Barometer" on cardiovascular disease and stroke.

The survey was conducted between January and June 2019 among a sample of 10,352 individuals aged 18 to 85. Landline and mobile phone numbers were randomly generated. The telephone interview lasted an average of 20 minutes.
