Lille: Improving Occupational Safety in the Hospitality Industry.

In Lille, the hospitality industry turned to occupational health services to better prevent workplace risks among its employees. Doctors assessed these risks, gathered feedback from young employees, and supported businesses in implementing an awareness campaign. One in three young people feels they face significant psychological pressure, and many preventive measures are not being implemented. Nevertheless, this plan has helped improve the information available to young people working in this sector.
