Switzerland: Restaurant owners combine balanced meals with sustainable development
In Switzerland, a team of dietitians and environmental technicians supports 760 restaurants that have earned the Fourchette Verte label. The goal is to provide a balanced and environmentally friendly lunch to Swiss people who do not eat lunch at home. The label is supported by the government.
