Frequently Asked Questions
Infectious Diseases
The Santé publique France website features a dedicated section for each infectious disease. These sections include all relevant information, the latest data, publications, and resources for healthcare professionals.
The surveillance system for reportable diseases relies on the transmission of data by physicians and laboratory professionals (both in private practice and in hospitals) to public health inspectors (MISP) and their colleagues at the Regional Health Agencies (ARS); and subsequently to epidemiologists at Santé publique France.
All reporting forms are available in the dedicated section of the Santé publique France website.
