Health Surveillance of Mortality. Weekly Update, September 15, 2015.

Summary

Based on data recorded at the civil registry offices of a sample of 1,000 municipalities (covering nearly 70% of national mortality), the observed mortality during the first week of September (week 36, August 31–September 6, 2015) is consistent with the expected mortality for this period, both for all ages and by age group (Figures 1–3).605 deaths were electronically certified during week 37 (September 7–13, 2015), a figure stable compared to that of the previous week (Figure 4).
