  • Since Week 13, the weekly number of cases has also decreased significantly in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, which no longer reports any active outbreaks

  • 1 case imported from mainland France to French Guiana, with no secondary cases identified

  • Highest incidence among children under 1 year of age: 23.8 cases per 100,000 inhabitants

  • 22% of reported cases were hospitalized

  • 88% of measles cases occurred in unvaccinated or inadequately vaccinated individuals
