Emergency departments - The proportion of visits for gastroenteritis is decreasing.
SOS Médecins - The proportion of consultations for a diagnosis of gastroenteritis is on the rise.
Sentinelles Network - The incidence rate for acute diarrhea reported by the Sentinelles network in week 08, not yet consolidated, is 93 per 100,000 inhabitants (95% CI [41; 145]).
Influenza
Epidemic period: 6th week of the epidemic
Emergency departments - Emergency department activity related to influenza-like illnesses is stable.
SOS Médecins - The proportion of consultations for a diagnosis of influenza-like illness is on the rise.
Sentinelles Network - The incidence rate for influenza-like illness reported by the Sentinelles network in week 08, not yet consolidated, is 107 per 100,000 inhabitants (95% CI [44; 170]).
Virological Surveillance - Since the start of surveillance, the Rénal network has isolated 1,318 type A viruses, and doctors in the Sentinelles network have isolated 24 type A influenza viruses (data not available for the week analyzed).
Severe influenza cases: 7 cases admitted to intensive care were reported by the intensive care sentinel network.
