  • Decrease in the weekly number of confirmed cases over the past two weeks due to significant underreporting. Syndromic surveillance indicates that we are still in the rising phase.

  • The virus is spreading throughout the country, with the central region less affected.

  • Only the DENV-1 serotype is circulating, but there is a risk of other serotypes being imported from the Indian Ocean region

  • Weather conditions remain favorable for mosquito proliferation
