The Île-de-France region is characterized by a heavy industrial past and high levels of urbanization, which can give rise to numerous health effects due in particular to noise, housing conditions, and pollution.Monitoring systems related to environmental exposure are essential for understanding these exposures and their impact on the quality of life and health of residents in the Île-de-France region. This issue of the Health Watch Bulletin highlights the diversity of monitoring systems deployed in the Île-de-France region.
