AcSanté 93 brings together healthcare facilities, private healthcare professionals, municipal health centers, and associations. Upon arrival, each patient receives a comprehensive medical, social, and psychological assessment to identify their challenges and needs. The network operates at the local level. Six hundred people are served each year. According to initial indicators, the network’s intervention helps reduce their level of vulnerability in a number of cases.
