At a local employment center in Paris: "We're dealing with urgent situations."

At "Pari d'avenir," a local youth employment initiative in the 14th arrondissement, a multidisciplinary team works with 18- to 25-year-olds to find solutions for employment, housing, and health care. A case manager and a psychologist support these young people, half of whom lack formal qualifications and nearly one in ten of whom are minors. Teamwork and addressing health issues help them move forward. A partnership with the Health Insurance program facilitates access to care, but the team is at a loss when it comes to the mental health issues faced by some of these young people.
