COVID-19

Increase in the testing rate (TR) and positivity rate (PR). The regional incidence rate (gross) rose from 181 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 35 to 215 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 36. Incidence rates are rising in all four departments. Decrease in hospitalizations in general and critical care units, and in visits to hospital emergency rooms. Increase in calls to SOS Médecins.

Monkeypox

As of September 12, 2022, at 12:00 PM, 37 confirmed cases had been reported in the Brittany region.

Extreme heat, heat wave

Brittany has remained under a green heat wave alert since August 14. The monitored indicators are similar to observations from previous years outside of heat wave periods. Seasonal monitoring ends on September 15.
