  • Summary of results from enhanced surveillance of dengue and chikungunya: Since May 1, 42 suspected imported cases of chikungunya or dengue have been reported.

  • Non-specific indicators: High activity among SOS Médecins associations, SAMU, and emergency departments during week 24 (June 9–15).

  • Cluster of indigenous schistosomiasis cases with suspected transmission in Corsica: A nationwide screening campaign was launched on June 16, 2014, for anyone who had contact, even brief, with the waters of the Cavu River between June 2011 and September 2013. The InVS has been tasked by the DGS with implementing surveillance for autochthonous schistosomiasis, which relies on reporting confirmed cases—identified through serology or parasitological examination—to the ARS.

  • Allergies: The National Aerobiological Surveillance Network (RNSA) advises people with allergies to be particularly vigilant during this period due to the high presence of various types of pollen.
