COVID-19

  • In Week 43, the spread of SARS-CoV-2 continues to slow in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. New hospitalizations for COVID-19 are decreasing, while the number of people currently hospitalized remains stable. Calls to SOS Médecins, visits to emergency rooms, and reports to ESMS are decreasing.

Monkeypox

  • 268 cases of monkeypox had been confirmed in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes as of November 1, 2022.

Bronchiolitis

  • 3rd epidemic week.

  • According to the Oscour® network, emergency room visits and hospitalizations for a diagnosis of bronchiolitis in children under 2 years of age are on the rise in week 43 compared to previous weeks.

  • SOS Médecins in the region: diagnostic procedures for bronchiolitis in children under 2 years of age are on the rise.

Chikungunya, dengue, Zika

  • Number of imported dengue cases: 28 cases

  • Number of imported chikungunya cases: 2 cases
