COVID-19: Epidemiological Update for Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes as of November 26, 2020

In week 47 (November 16–21, 2020), the decline in SARS-CoV-2 transmission continues in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes; the peak of the second wave in terms of new cases appears to have passed. The decline is also evident in hospital admissions. However, all indicators remain at high levels. To date, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes remains the region most affected by this second wave in terms of viral circulation, hospitalizations, and mortality.
