Analysis of the Epidemiological Situation

In Saint Martin, viral circulation has remained stable and moderate over the past ten weeks (Psage* Phase 2). In Saint Barthélemy, viral circulation appears to have been relatively stable for about five weeks (Psage Phase 2). In Martinique, the epidemic continues. The decline in the number of new chikungunya cases seen in private practice has stalled over the past four weeks (Psage Phase 3). In Guadeloupe and its nearby islands, the epidemic remains widespread throughout the territory (Psage Phase 3). French Guiana is experiencing a geographic expansion of viral circulation, and numerous outbreaks have been identified over the past two weeks (Psage Phase 2b).
