As of November 15, 2012.

An outbreak of bronchiolitis was reported during the first week of October. In mid-October (Week 2012-41), the estimated number of suspected cases seen in private practice was five times higher than the maximum values expected for the season. Since early November (W2012-44), a downward trend has been observed. However, despite this decrease, the number of suspected cases seen in private practice remains high; in week 45, it was twice the expected seasonal value. It is estimated that approximately 800 cases of bronchiolitis have been seen in private general practice since the start of the outbreak.
