Guadeloupe

Influenza activity in community practice increased in Week 19, as well as in hospital emergency departments. This was documented by the high detection rate of the influenza virus by the university hospital laboratory in Week 20. Transition to a pre-epidemic phase of influenza beginning in Week 20.

Martinique

In Week 18, an increase in indicators was recorded in both community practice and pediatric emergency departments. The trend remained stable in Week 19. The positivity rate of tests performed in the hospital ranged from 15% to 23% during these two weeks. The predominant circulating virus is the AH1N1pdm09 strain. Influenza pre-epidemic since Week 19.

Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin

The influenza epidemiological situation remained calm.
