Analysis of the epidemiological situation

In Saint Martin, viral circulation has remained moderate and stable over the past ten weeks (Phase 2 of the Psage). In Saint Barthélemy, viral circulation remains moderate, with a downward trend that began five weeks ago (Phase 2 of the Psage). In Martinique, the epidemic continues, but the downward trend that began 7 weeks ago has stalled in week 2014-34 (Phase 3 of the Psage). In Guadeloupe and its nearby islands, despite a decrease in viral circulation observed since early July, the territory remains in a generalized epidemic (Psage Phase 3). In French Guiana, chikungunya virus circulation continues to spread, and new epidemic foci have been identified (Psage Phase 2).
