Montpellier: School aides trained in nutrition in preschool programs.

In Montpellier, specialized staff at preschools have been trained, at their request, in nutritional balance as part of a program to prevent childhood obesity. As teaching assistants, they also supervise children’s meals in the cafeteria; the training enables them, in particular, to standardize their approach. These staff members play a key role in health education at school.
