Week 41 (October 6–12, 2025):

• In the Indian Ocean region, the number of emergency department visits for asthma among children under 15 remained stable compared to Week 40. The proportion of cases, also stable, is slightly higher than in previous years.

• Nationally, emergency room visits for asthma among children under 15 are down, as are visits to SOS Médecins clinics (-8%, or 254 fewer visits and 53 fewer procedures). Activity shares in both networks are also down and remain at levels comparable to those of previous years.
