This brochure is intended for teenagers. If they have never smoked cannabis, it will give them all the reasons not to start. If they do use cannabis, it will explain the risks involved; it will also give them the opportunity to assess their usage, as well as provide all the addresses and phone numbers they need to get information and, if necessary, help.
