National Public Health Agency: Preliminary Report.

In a letter dated September 25, 2014, the Minister of Health tasked François Bourdillon with conducting a feasibility study for the creation of a National Public Health Agency that would assume the responsibilities, staff, and obligations of three health agencies: the Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS), the National Institute for Prevention and Health Education (Inpes), and the Agency for Preparedness and Response to Public Health Emergencies (Éprus). On June 2, 2015, François Bourdillon submitted this report to the Minister, who made it public. It constitutes the cornerstone of this process of development and convergence, which will continue through 2016.
