Training for healthcare and social services staff in supporting young children.

Childcare workers, educators, social service assistants, as well as nurses and doctors...: supporting young children involves a wide range of professionals—both specialists and generalists—and organizations in the medical-social sector. The key challenge is to coordinate all of these skills. To do so, these professionals must have a common foundation in their training to develop a shared culture. Indeed, any intervention involving children brings together professionals from different disciplines, and the quality of this collaboration depends on the qualifications of those involved.
