Breastfeeding: Mothers’ Experiences and Opinions in 2009.

The INPES conducted a study to understand women’s experiences and opinions regarding breastfeeding. Seven out of ten women reported having breastfed or tried to breastfeed, citing their child’s health as their motivation. The primary reason for stopping breastfeeding is returning to work. The survey also examined the psychological aspects of breastfeeding, including well-being, modesty, and feelings of guilt.
