Following the National Conference on Alcohol: What Action Is Being Taken on the Ground?

However, it is also a major determinant of public health, as it is the second leading cause of preventable death in France. The National Conference on Alcohol, held in 2006, provided an opportunity to initiate a comprehensive review and launch several concrete initiatives.
