A total of 175 cases of mpox have been reported to Santé publique France since January 1, 2024, including 5 in the last 7 days.
Only clade II Monkeypox viruses have been detected by the National Reference Center for Orthopoxviruses.
All reported cases involve adults: 169 men and 6 women.
