Among children, the number of calls for most indicators across both networks decreased in April 2026 compared to March (after adjusting for the number of days in the month), likely due to the spring school break. The number of calls regarding suicidal thoughts among 11- to 17-year-olds was higher than in previous years.

Among adults, calls for all indicators were stable in April 2026 compared to March (taking into account the number of days in the month). The number of calls regarding suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and depressive states was higher than in previous years among 18- to 64-year-olds.
