Summary

In Week 23 (June 3–9, 2019), total SOS Médecins activity declined among those under 15 years of age (-12%, or -2,841 cases) and among those 75 years of age and older (-11%, or -855 cases). It remained stable among those aged 15–74.

Over the past week, most seasonal indicators were down, with the exception of cases of general malaise (+47%) among those under 15, asthma attacks (+8%), allergies (+7%), and chickenpox (+13%) among those aged 15–74. These increases correspond to low case numbers.

Among the most common conditions, there has been an increase in visits for:

  • viral syndrome (+7%, or +26 visits) among those aged 2–14;

  • gastroenteritis (+11%, or +243 procedures) and trauma (+8%, or +136 procedures) among those aged 15–74.
