Summary
Overall activity at SOS Médecins clinics is down across all age groups, except in the Île-de-France region, where overall activity increased by 11.6% over the past week, particularly among children and adults aged 15–74.
Among the main diagnoses seen in pediatric consultations, there has been an increase in consultations for gastrointestinal symptoms and isolated fever. The main diagnoses among adults are stable or declining.
In connection with the heat wave that affected a large part of mainland France from August 23 to 28, there was a marked increase in consultations for heat-related conditions, as well as an increase in consultations for isolated fever and malaise (among adults).
