Summary
The number of emergency room visits and hospitalizations for all causes is on the rise among children under 2 years of age, primarily due to the bronchiolitis epidemic, with case numbers continuing to rise sharply nationwide, earlier than in the previous two years. The epidemic is now widespread in all regions except Auvergne, where the number of visits remains low.
The number of emergency room visits for stress returned to normal levels in week 47 nationwide and remains higher in the Île-de-France region.
