Summary
Emergency room visits and hospitalizations are on the rise among children under 2 years of age and remain stable in other age groups.
Emergency room visits for bronchiolitis among children under two years of age continue to rise. The outbreak has spread throughout mainland France, with the exception of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and Corsica regions.
The main increases involve ENT infections across all age groups and respiratory conditions in children, at levels comparable to previous years.
