Emergency room visits for suicidal ideation, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders were higher than in previous years among 11- to 17-year-olds. This was also the case for SOS Médecins calls for anxiety among 15- to 17-year-olds.

• Among adults, emergency department visits for suicidal ideation and mood disorders, as well as SOS Médecins calls for anxiety and depressive states in January 2026, were up compared to December 2025. The numbers for these four indicators exceeded those observed in previous years, primarily among 18- to 64-year-olds.
