Summary

Based on data recorded at the civil registry offices of a sample of 1,000 municipalities (covering nearly 70% of national mortality), the observed mortality during the second week of September (week 37, September 7–13, 2015) is consistent with the expected mortality for this period, both for all ages and by age group (Figures 1–3). No electronic certification data is available for week 38 due to a technical issue.
