Summary

Based on mortality data provided by INSEE, the observed number of deaths from all causes during week 19 (May 8–14, 2017) is comparable to the expected number for this period across all age groups (Figures 1–3).According to data from electronic death certificates, 1,279 deaths were recorded during week 20 of 2017 (May 15–21, 2017).
