Health Surveillance of Mortality. Weekly Update, May 12, 2015.

Summary

During the last full week of April, mortality recorded by the civil registry offices participating in the surveillance program (70% of national mortality) remained, as in previous weeks, within the usual range, with figures returning to expected levels for the second consecutive week, both for all ages and by age group (Figures 1 to 3).Electronic reporting of deaths continued to stabilize during Week 19 (May 4–10, 2015), with 577 deaths reported electronically (Figure 4).
