Interview with Damien Léger, professor at the Paris-Descartes Faculty of Medicine and director of the Sleep and Vigilance Center at Hôtel-Dieu in Paris. He offers a brief overview of the sleep habits of the French population, based on observations at the sleep center where he works, along with some explanations. He briefly recalls the recommendations made in the Giordanella report submitted to the Minister of Health and Solidarity in 2006.
