The French Are Sleep-Deprived
The French don't get enough sleep—that is the main finding of surveys conducted by INPES. According to a survey published by the Institute in March 2008, 45% of young adults (aged 25–45) feel they don't get enough sleep: 12% reportedly suffer from insomnia, and 17% report chronic sleep deprivation during the week.
