Strengthen prevention efforts to reduce sexual violence.

In June 2018, the French Federation of Resource Centers for Professionals Working with Perpetrators of Sexual Violence (FFCRIAVS) organized a public hearing at the Ministry of Solidarity and Health in Paris on the topic: "Perpetrators of Sexual Violence: Prevention, Assessment, and Treatment." The hearing commission’s report devotes significant attention to analysis and presents concrete proposals for prevention. As the World Health Organization (WHO) emphasizes, education is undoubtedly the primary means of reducing the incidence of sexual violence. The public hearing stresses the need for a prevention policy that is as broad as possible.
