Sexual health: definitions, concepts, fundamental rights.

The High Council for Public Health (HCSP) proposes the implementation of a national strategy for sexual and reproductive health in consultation with all stakeholders, taking into account the needs of everyone at every stage of life. Beyond access to care and services, this strategy must take into account the socio-cultural environment and individual behaviors, with a focus on reducing social health inequalities. Key elements of this strategy include a positive approach to sexual health, the importance of education from an early age to foster respect for others and gender equality, self-esteem, and non-discrimination, as well as training for professionals and community liaisons.
