Are men born in Africa or of African descent who engage in same-sex sexual activity at increased risk of HIV/AIDS in France?

For over a decade, there has been a growing demand for scientific knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS exposure among men born in Africa and people of African descent who engage in same-sex sexual activity in France. However, no specific survey has yet been conducted among this population. While some scattered data do exist, they are insufficient to provide an accurate and reliable picture of their situation. After presenting some findings from four behavioral studies that include such data, this article advocates for the conduct of a quantitative survey entirely dedicated to people who engage in same-sex sexual activity within the African diaspora in France.
