Ensuring the population has access to an equivalent level of care and prevention [Interview]

In Marseille, during the COVID-19 pandemic, a team from the Hôpital Européen, located in a low-income neighborhood of the city, reached out to the most vulnerable residents in their local communities to raise awareness, conduct testing, identify close contacts, help those who tested positive comply with isolation protocols, and administer vaccines. This health mediation initiative continues today with a program focused on promoting cancer screening and catching up on routine vaccinations.
