Over the past week in the region:

The bronchiolitis outbreak continues:

• with the number of bronchiolitis diagnoses continuing to rise, according to SOS Médecins (11% of diagnoses in children under 2),

• with the Nantes University Hospital reporting a persistently high number of RSV isolates and 25% of emergency department visits for bronchiolitis among children under two years of age,

• with, at the regional level, an impact on emergency room visits among children under one year of age (a sharp increase in visits exceeding the statistical threshold).

No flu activity yet, nor an increase in the number of gastroenteritis cases.
