Over the past week in the region:

• Growth in the bronchiolitis outbreak, with: - an increase in the number of bronchiolitis diagnoses made by emergency room physicians at Nantes University Hospital and by the two SOS Médecins associations; - a significant increase in emergency room visits for all causes among infants under one year of age at the regional level; - active circulation of RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) in the region.

• Beginning of an increase in cases of gastroenteritis diagnosed by SOS Médecins

• No notable influenza activity in the region

• Since the beginning of 2013, an increase in serogroup C among invasive meningococcal infections.
