Gastrointestinal syndromes: indicators were generally stable but remained at high levels for some.
Respiratory syndromes: indicators were generally stable. Mayotte has been in an epidemic phase for influenza since 2025-S05 (late January) (following a pre-epidemic phase in 2025-S01) and for bronchiolitis since 2024-S49 (early December)
Arboviruses: The first case of autochthonous chikungunya in Mayotte was reported in week 2025-13
Leptospirosis: 41 cases have been reported since January 1, 2025, including 5 cases in 2025-S12
Access to water: difficulties accessing water are still being reported and observed in households visited during community-based surveillance rounds
Activity volume of the various facilities: the total activity volume of the various participating medical facilities is generally stable compared to the previous week
