Gastrointestinal syndromes

  • Indicators were generally stable.

Respiratory syndromes

  • Indicators showed a slight increase. Mayotte has been in the post-epidemic phase for influenza and bronchiolitis since 2025-S14.

Skin conditions

  • Indicators were generally stable.

Arboviruses

  • A total of 22 cases, including 3 locally acquired cases, were detected in Mayotte through April 13, including 10 in week 2025-S15.

Leptospirosis

  • 69 cases have been reported since January 1, 2025, including 8 cases in 2025-S15, at the same level as the average for the previous 5 years.

Access to water

  • The proportion of households reporting consumption of untreated water (16%) was lower in week 2025-S15. The proportion of households with access to bottled water was relatively stable (12%), and the proportion of households reporting access to tap water (81%) was slightly higher (77% on average from 2025-S11 to 2025-14).
