Chikungunya

• In week 50, a total of 30 cases were reported.

• Five active outbreaks have been identified on the island, four of which were previously identified (Ermitage, Etang-Salé, Ligne des 400, and Grand Bassin). A new outbreak has emerged in Trois-Mares-les-bas, in Le Tampon.

• Circulation remains particularly intense in Etang-Salé, and the spread continues, with isolated cases recently identified in the south of the island, outside of known outbreaks.

Dengue

• Sporadic cases localized in the south and west of the island. No cases since week 48.
