La Réunion: An educational workbook to help promote healthy eating.

In response to this shift in behavior, the General Council has implemented a specific plan to combat obesity, with the support of health and education professionals. As part of this initiative and the National Nutrition and Health Program, the Regional Health Education Committee has created a "workbook," a tool designed to encourage the population to adopt a more balanced diet.
