  • Flu-like syndromes: - All indicators (SOS Médecins, emergency departments, etc.) show a clear downward trend in the number of new cases in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, as well as across France. - The number of new cases admitted to intensive care for the flu decreased significantly in week 10.

  • Pneumonia: visits to emergency departments and hospitalizations continue to decline for this reason, both in the region and across France.

  • Bronchiolitis/Bronchitis: Emergency room visits have returned to baseline levels.

  • Gastroenteritis: in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, emergency department visits remain high

  • Mortality: The increase in mortality across all age groups, calculated over the first 9 weeks of 2015, is estimated at +18% for the Languedoc-Roussillon region, as it is at the national level.
